Assistant Administration Officer

Job Responsibilities

  • To provide administrative support to retail shops
  • To be responsible for secretarial duties and office administrative support to the senior management

System Analyst

Job Description

  • To advise business community on the use of database related information technology
  • To balance business and technology and show analytical skills in identifying technical options with justifications to business requirements
  • To establish effective management and operational mechanism in development teams
  • To collect and analyze user requirements, produce functional and/or system specifications and build or enhance various software products to cope with business needs.
  • To supervise/coordinate development teams in Guangzhou & Beijing remotely to ensure quality deliverables in a project basis. (Travel required)

Requirement(s)

  • University degree in Computer Science or other technical discipline
  • Minimum 5 years solid experience in both Windows application development and web development, at least 2 years in System Analyst position
  • Full understanding on web and I.T. related services and solutions and their implementation life cycles
  • Solid knowledge on various commercial/non-commercial RDMS, embedded database and data structure programming
  • Familiar with the application development languages such as .NET, JSP/Servlet, ASP/HTML/Java Script, C/C++, C#, VB, SQL etc
  • Good understanding of various multimedia technologies is a plus
  • Good project management and budgeting skills, certified PMI, PRINCE or equivalent industrial qualification is an advantage
  • Well versed in user requirement study, system design, project planning, implementation, system evaluation and recommendation
  • Excellent interpersonal & strong communication skill, excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, ability to speak fluent Mandarin is a definite advantage
