門市客戶服務助理 (全職 / 兼職)

工作內容:

  • 負責陳列及銷售圖書或非書類產品

  • 為顧客提供專業客戶服務

  • 全職:四天輪休,每月平均六天例假
    兼職:每星期工作3-4天,每天工作6-8小時

  • 港九/新界區工作

要求:

  • 中學或以上程度

  • 能操流利粵語、英語及普通話

  • 熟悉一般電腦操作及應用

  • 積極主動、有責任感及團隊精神

  • 具相關全職工作經驗者或聘用為客戶服務員

Retail Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining an update inventory of new and existing book titles or stationery at the retail shops

  • Providing frontline customer services at the retail shops

  • Resolving customer queries and complaints with professionalism

  • Consistently demonstrating a passion for bookselling and love of reading

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above

  • Bookselling experience is an advantage (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

  • Be proficient in spoken and written Chinese. Fluency in English is an advantage

  • Be cultured, courteous and customer-oriented

  • Be a good team player with the ability to work independently

  • Be proficient in PC operations, such as MS Word and Excel. Knowledge in SAP operation is an advantage

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Assistant
